Most pedal issues are related to dirty switch contacts.
Try contact cleaner or for best results Deoxit T5 on those 3PDT Footswitches! Cures most problems for years. Soak a Q-tip and press it to the switch plunger quite a few times while bouncing the plunger. Watch the finish. Be precise with the Q-tip. Make sure it's flooded and coming out the switch.
